Provider

Jotpile is provided by Refleksion · Planlægning · Handling (Reflection · Planning · Action) (CVR-no. DK45818659). By creating an account you enter an agreement with us. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of these terms.

The service

Jotpile is a notes product with first-class support for AI assistants via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome from using the product.

Beta period

During the public beta, Jotpile is offered free of charge. No credit card is required. Functionality may change, break, or be removed without notice as we iterate. We will give reasonable notice before exiting beta and before any billing begins.

Acceptable use

You may only store notes and content you have the right to store. You must not misuse the service - including illegal use, fraud, spam, infringement of third-party intellectual property, automated scraping, intrusion, malware, evading fair-use limits, or attempts to probe the service's security.

Intellectual property

Refleksion · Planlægning · Handling (Reflection · Planning · Action) owns all rights to the Jotpile service, including software, documentation, design, trademarks, and logos. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service. Reverse engineering, resale, or redistribution is not permitted.

You retain all rights to the content you create in Jotpile (your notes, notebooks, images). We process it solely to provide the service.

Your data

You can export your notes or delete your account and all its data at any time from Settings -> Data. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations of these terms. Upon termination you will have a reasonable window to export your data.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect loss, consequential damage, lost profits, or data loss. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes will be decided by the Danish courts, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
